Fuzzy Feedback Control for Electro-Hydraulic Actuators

Electro-hydraulic actuators (EHA) have recently played a significant role in modern industrial applications, especially systems requiring extremely high precision. This can be explained by EHA’s ability to precisely control the position and force through advanced sensors innovative algorithms. One of promising approaches improve accuracy for EHA is applying classical algorithms, which proportional–integral–derivative (PID) algorithm, fuzzy logic controller, hybrid these methods are popular options. In this paper, we developed novel version algorithm linear feedback method, namely control, performance. To achieve highest performance, first designed mathematical model based on Matlab/Simulink software packages thanks selected parameters, similar real system. Then, respectively applied PID, PID (FPID), (FLFC) before comparing them full view outstanding advantages proposed algorithm. The simulation results showed that FLFC approximately 99% 77% superior performance respectively.
